How do I clean my products?
Simple! For most collars, leads and harnesses, you can just pop them in a laundry bag (bra bag) and then wash on a cold, delicates wash. For more information, please refer to the brand specific cleaning instructions.
How do I cancel or change my order?
We aim to process your order within 24-48 hours so if you have selected the wrong item or size, please email us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with your purchase? Be sure to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org on receipt of delivery to let us know why you’re not happy!
Any returns must be in original, unused condition, with all packaging and swing tags still in tact.
All shipping cost associated with the return is at the buyers expense and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Unfortunately due to some of our brands not able to offer a re-supply of products, an exchange is not always available. If this is the case, store credit will be provided for the purchase price.
Please ensure that you inspect all items on delivery and prior to use.
We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of any of our products.
